That is why we seek to raise awareness among our suppliers, select them, optimize energy consumption in our productions by selecting and taking advantage of production systems already in operation that are adapted to our requirements.
We believe in sustainable development and growth together with a commitment to the environment.
From our humble position we try to take steps in that direction and to promote a firm commitment to preserve the environment, we produce in recyclable glass containers, we avoid plastic and we use nat-ural raw cardboard in our packaging, our labels of the enriched waters already have the international certifications of sustainability (FSC® CERTIFICIED SUSTAINABILITY) manufactured from waste of the vine, (FDA APPROVED, FOOD CONTACT APPROVAL, ISEGA CERTIFIED).
We try to encourage responsible behaviour in our communications in order to contribute to the in-crease in well-being and the authentic process of present and future generations.
WE DO NOT CREATE WASTE IN OUR PRODUCTION BUT ON THE CONTRARY WE REUSE AND RECYCLE WINE PRODUCTION WASTE TO DEVELOP OUR ENRICHMENT FORMULAS.

ENRICHED LIFE WATERS IN FLAVANOLS
Biological Mission of Galicia (CSIC). Carballeira 8, 36143 Salcedo (Pontevedra); The flavanols are a class of flavonoids, present in some foods (chocolate and cocoa products, green tea, fruits ...) and also exist in the vine.
Flavanols have a high antioxidant potential, of great interest both in the food industry and in the field of health. They are also known to possess anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, anti-tumor, neurodegenerative and other biological properties. They provide more effective protection against ROS than other antioxidants (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Succinate, β-carotene...) can do on capillaries, heart tissues, brain and liver tissue. Specifically, they are believed to have 50 times more antioxidant capacity than vitamin E and 20 times more antioxidant activity than vitamin C. These compounds also have vasodilatory effects, being able to improve the lipid profile and attenuate the oxidation of low density lipoproteins (LDL). In relation to aging, flavanols have theability to prevent and eliminate the formation of lipofuscin (age-related pigment) in the heart and brain. They bind to collagen fibers increasing their elasticity and flexibility in muscles, tendons and liga-ments.
In summary, flavanols are natural, hypoallergenic, and highly antioxidant substances. In addition, their high bioavailability means that they can be completely absorbed throughout the body in just a few minutes.
Our results show that enriched waters have a concentration twenty times higher (61,177.79 ng/ml) than those of white wine (2,450 ng/ml) and close to those of red wine. Among the flavanols with the high-est concentration, we can highlight the catechin, epicatechin, and the dimers of the catechin PB1 and PB2.
